Olive & Bacon Bread

Baking your own bread is like making your own pesto: it (usually) tastes a thousand times better the bought version, but we still rarely decide to do it. Which is a shame, as the delight we draw from it is much larger than the effort needed. So let's get back to those old customs and bake some real, fresh, crunchy, fabulous bread!

Ingredients:
-20g fresh yeast
-690g flour
-1 1/2 Tsp salt
-410 ml water
-around 200g cut bacon
-around 150g cut olives

Oven: Preheat to 180 degrees

Instructions:
1. Mix yeast and flour in a large bowl. Cover with a wet cloth and place in a warm spot for around half an hour.
2. Add salt and water, mix thoroughly. Again leave to rise for an hour by covering it with a wet cloth.
3. Devide the dough in two. Add the bacon to one half and the olive pieces to the other. Shape into bread loafs.
4. Bake in oven for around 45 minutes until the dough has turned golden brown.
Tip: Tastes best with butter and cheese.
Enjoy!
